Back in 2019 our team at ULTICARBON saw the need for a new kind of carbon fiber fabric that would combine the beauty of forged carbon fiber with the ease of use found in typical woven carbon fiber fabrics. Rather than dealing with messy loose chopped fibers or the limitations of a pre-preg forged material, we wanted our customers to have an easy and clean way to produce luxury composite parts with a stunning forged carbon fiber finish. And so we invented ForgeTEX^® Forged Carbon Fiber Fabric.

We are the original creators of this unique material - Beginning with our ForgeTEX^® Premium Bold^® and ForgeTEX^® Standard forged carbon fiber fabric styles, our product line has grown to include ForgeTEX^® Metallic, a delicate blend of carbon fiber with metallic gold or silver leaf, and R-Bond™ forged carbon fiber fabric, an easy to handle specialty material for skinning/wrapping. All of our innovative materials are designed and manufactured in-house by our team in Wyoming, USA.
