Back in 2019 our team at ULTICARBON saw the need for a new kind of carbon fiber fabric that would combine the beauty of forged carbon fiber with the ease of use found in typical woven carbon fiber fabrics. Rather than dealing with messy loose chopped fibers or the limitations of a pre-preg forged material, we wanted our customers to have an easy and clean way to produce luxury composite parts with a stunning forged carbon fiber finish. And so we invented ForgeTEX^® Forged Carbon Fiber Fabric.

We are the original creators of this unique material - Beginning with our Premium Bold™ and Standard style precision cut carbon fiber fabrics, our product line has grown to include specialty colors and types, including ForgeTEX^® Glass, a vibrant mix of carbon fiber and dyed glass fiber, and ForgeTEX^® Metallic, a delicate blend of carbon fiber with metallic gold or silver leaf.
