Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, and check them periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you should not review information or purchase goods from this site. The content, products and pricing on this site may be modified at any time without specific notice to you.

Order Fulfillment
The time it takes to ship an order will vary depending on the current processing time estimate as posted on each individual product page. If multiple items with different processing times are purchased in a single order, all items will be shipped together on schedule with the item that has the longest processing time unless otherwise noted. If for any reason an order cannot be filled within the stated processing time estimate, we will contact you via email immediately upon identifying the delay to offer an updated processing time or provide the option of cancelling/refunding the order if the delay is unacceptable. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping service.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are calculated at the country of destination and must be paid by the buyer before the item can be received. Please review your local import fee guidelines before purchase as we are unable to predict which of these fees, if any, may be applied. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Address
We may correct or supplement your address information with standardized postal representation in order to ensure that your orders are delivered. If an address as provided is not accepted by the requested shipping service, we will contact you via the email address given at time of purchase to confirm the changes required by the shipping service before the order can be shipped. If we do not receive a written response via email within 14 days from date of purchase to confirm the required address changes, the order may be cancelled/refunded.

Conditions of Return
If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch immediately. Otherwise, returns may be requested on unused/unopened products unless otherwise noted. You must first request approval for a return by contacting orders@ulticarbon.com within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We have no liability whatsoever for your use of any information or product provided by ULTICARBON LLC. For example, but not as a limitation, we are not liable under any circumstance for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (loss of business, loss of profits, litigation, etc.), whether based on negligence, breach of contract, breach of warranty, product liability or otherwise. Therefore, it is solely the user's responsible to evaluate a product and determine whether it is appropriate for a particular purpose and method of application. In no event will the seller be liable for any consequential damages arising out of the use of our products. The products sold on this website are intended for professional use only. This means they may be hazardous to health or potentially dangerous if used incorrectly or by inexperienced users. They may also require skill, experience or experimentation to get optimum results. Forged Carbon Fiber Fabric
All fabrics unless otherwise stated are first quality material. Note that there are small gaps distributed throughout the fabric which are not visible when the sheet is placed against a dark surface. Additional layers of forged carbon sheet or other carbon fiber fabric may be required for complete coverage. Product data is intended for comparison purposes only as each roll/lot will exhibit variations in pattern and thickness. Results will vary depending on the layup/cure method and products used. We recommend always performing tests to identify the best methods and products for your application.
